THE WEBSITE is an informational showcase of the footwear THE OWNER has for sale. THE WEBSITE does not allow purchases or payments. Each item links to its listing on the Vinted platform, where any sale is completed under that platform's terms.

Prices, photos and details shown are for information only. In case of discrepancy, the information in the Vinted listing at the time of purchase prevails.

3. Terms of use

Access to THE WEBSITE is free and makes the visitor a user (hereinafter, THE USER), who accepts this legal notice. THE USER agrees to use the content appropriately, in accordance with the law, good faith and public order, and not to use it for unlawful purposes or in ways that may harm THE WEBSITE or third parties.

Bulk or automated extraction of the content of THE WEBSITE is prohibited without the express written permission of THE OWNER.

4. Intellectual and industrial property

The texts, photos, design, logos and other content of THE WEBSITE belong to THE OWNER or are used under licence, and are protected by intellectual and industrial property law. The footwear brands shown on THE WEBSITE belong to their respective owners and are mentioned only to identify the products. Their mention does not imply any commercial relationship or sponsorship.

5. Liability

THE OWNER strives to keep the information on THE WEBSITE accurate and up to date, although occasional errors or a delay between an item selling on Vinted and its removal from THE WEBSITE may occur. THE OWNER is not liable for damage caused by service interruptions, technical failures or viruses beyond its control.

6. Links to third parties

THE WEBSITE contains links to Vinted and other third-party sites. THE OWNER does not control those sites and is not responsible for their content, terms or privacy policies, which are governed by their own terms.

7. Governing law and jurisdiction

This legal notice is governed by Spanish law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the courts that are competent under the applicable rules. Where THE USER is a consumer, the courts of their place of residence shall have jurisdiction.
